Our warehouse operates fully automated to ensure fast deliveries to our customers, which means that orders are processed very quickly. If your order has been transferred to our warehouse for processing (usually within 5-0 minutes), we are unable to cancel it at this time.

Once the order has been shipped you can create a return in our return portal and ship the order back to us for a full refund.
