If you have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation email, please first check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, as the email may have been filtered there.
If you use Gmail, the confirmation may appear in your Promotions, Updates, or Spam folder rather than in your main inbox. You can also search for our store name or the subject line in your mailbox.
If you use Hotmail, Outlook, or Live, the email may have been moved to your Junk Email folder or filtered into another tab. Please also check whether you have any rules or filters set up that may have redirected the email.
If you use another email provider, such as Yahoo or a work email address, the email may have been blocked, delayed, or filtered by your email provider.
If you still cannot find the order confirmation, it may be because the email address was entered incorrectly at checkout, or because the order was not completed successfully.
Please contact our customer service team and include as much information as possible, such as your full name, email address, and the time the order was placed. We will then help you confirm whether your order has gone through.
