All Dea Kudibal orders are shipped from Denmark, so you will be charged import duties and taxes when the parcel reaches the U.S. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. US Customs may delay your parcel until the payment has been made. Import duty rates in the United States can vary depending on the product category, declared value, and current trade policies. Due to ongoing political and administrative changes, these rates can change without notice and are difficult to predict in advance — even by customs brokers. Dea Kudibal does not cover the return expenses. You must send with all costs covered and arrange return shipment from your location directly to our warehouse in Denmark. If this does not happen, we cannot accept the return parcel and it will be returned to you.
