How do I make a return?Updated 13 days ago

We hope you love your Dea Kudibal purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Wait for a confirmation e-mail.

Returns within the following EU countries; Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Austria and Ireland are free of charge and a prepaid return label was included in your order. 

We do not currently offer free returns from other EU countries or non-EU countries. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. 

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Please ensure the service you choose offers door-to-door delivery, as we cannot collect parcels from pick-up points or lockers.

Estimated Cost: EUR 20 - EUR 40 depending on courier, weight, and service.

You do not need to pay import VAT or duties when returning items. Dea Kudibal covers these costs for returns from non-EU. However, we do not reimburse the actual shipping fee paid for returning the parcel.
