Wait for a confirmation e-mail.

Returns within the following EU countries; Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Austria and Ireland are free of charge and a prepaid return label was included in your order. 

We do not currently offer free returns from other EU countries or non-EU countries. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. 

We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.

Items must be returned unused and must be returned with the original price tag. We strive to uphold an easy and fast return process. Once a return order has been received and accepted, it subsequently takes approximately 5-10 working days before the refund has been issued. It may take a couple of more days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on bank and credit card.
