Returns within the following EU countries; Sweden, Poland, Belgium, and Austria are free of charge and a prepaid label will be sent with the parcel. Return orders made from other EU countries or non-EU registered countries are to be paid by the customer.

All returns must be sent by post and packages should always be sent with delivery receipt. We cannot take responsibility for packages that are not sent with delivery receipt.

Goods must be returned unused and must be returned with the original price tag. We strive to uphold an easy and fast return process. Once a return order has been received and accepted, it subsequently takes approximately 14 working days before the refunded amount has been transferred back to the customer’s bank account.
