I can't log in and register my returnUpdated 3 months ago

If you are having problems logging in to our return portal, please check the following:

  • Ensure that you have not exceeded the 14-day return period from the receipt of the item.
  • Are you logging in at the correct place? The return portal and not your account.
  • The email address must be the one you used when placing the order. If you entered an incorrect email address when ordering, you should use that same email address to log in and register your return. Once you have registered the return, please contact customer service, who can assist you in receiving your confirmation e-mail.
  • Make sure to enter the order number correctly as INTxxxxxx - no spaces.
