Klarna is invoicing me for returned itemsUpdated 17 days ago

If you have returned items but are being asked to pay your invoice at Klarna before our warehouse has processed your return and we have issued a refund, you may have the option to extend your payment with Klarna. 

Klarna often allows customers to extend their payment deadline. Please check your Klarna account to see if this option is available to you.

If extending the payment isn't possible, you need to settle the invoice, and Klarna will issue a refund to you once they’ve received confirmation of the return from us.

Please note that our customer service team is unable to change or delay your Klarna payment, as the agreement is directly between you and Klarna. For help managing your payment or for any questions, we recommend logging into the Klarna app or reaching out to Klarna's customer support.
