We do not include any physical labels with our shipments.

If you are returning your order from Belgium, Austria or Ireland you can download a QR code / label immediately after registering your return in our Returns Portal.

Return options vary depending on the country you are returning from. If you did not receive a return label or QR code when registering your return, we do not currently offer a prepaid return service in your country.
